I made an offer on a third house last night. Maybe this time it will go through. I broke my realitor's record for number of offers made before buying a house.

Yeah what up with that? Why don't you just forget that house stuff, and move into my building. It's right by the rock gym, and they pay me a nice referal fee if you sign up. I'll even thrown in some hamburger meat.
